Today I embark on a new way of life. I am incorporating movement, breathwork, meditation, and tapping into my life. Combined, these disciplines will be a 30 minute per day morning routine. I am now committed more than ever to practice mind, body, spirit connection and harmony. I believe in each of these disciplines because separately, I’ve had powerful experiences that showed me each are beneficial to my well-being, growth and development as a person and as someone that is ready to be my most authentic self.
I’ll start with the next 30 days and progress from there. I’m also going to drink a glass of water every morning before I consume anything else.
